Chi Nei Tsang is a therapeutic abdominal massage that originates from Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Treatments focus on the navel and visceral area where stress, tension and negative emotions accumulate over time and helps the organs work more efficiently. It helps to manipulate and strengthen the stomach by working on the fascia and viscera, which allows more freedom of movement for internal organs & meridians.
Sessions can assist the body to detoxify and relieves the abdomen of excess stagnation, stress, and knots. Treatments also improve elimination and stimulate the lymphatic and circulatory system, strengthening the immune system.

Gua sha can help reduce inflammation. Ginger helps reduce inflammation, increases circulation and brings warmth to the surface. Both Cupping and Gua sha bring blood to the surface just below the skin. Gua sha does this by using friction and cupping by suction, placing a cup onto the skin and creating a vacuum seal. This process helps break up knots and adhesions that are blocking the flow of energy, blood and nutrients to different parts of the body. This process helps push blood and lymphatic flow aiding in removing toxins and promotes healing.
