***All first time appointments require full prepayment in advance to secure your reservation. Once your appointment time is confirmed, a booking link will be provided to finalize your session. This is mandatory and non-negotiable for booking the first time.***

Cancellation Policy

I kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. I understand that life happens.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
  - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the possible forfeiture of the prepaid session.

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure a comfortable experience for all clients, appointments begin and end at their scheduled times.

• Clients who arrive late are welcome to proceed with their appointment; however, the session may be shortened to end at the originally scheduled end time in order to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
   
• If scheduling allows, every effort will be made to provide the full allotted session time, however full service time cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.
