Cancellation Policy

I kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. I understand that life happens.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
  - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the prepaid session.
   

 All appointments require full prepayment to secure your reservation. Once your appointment time is confirmed, a booking link will be provided to finalize your session. 

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure a comfortable experience for all clients, appointments begin and end at their scheduled times.

• Clients who arrive late are welcome to proceed with their appointment; however, the session may be shortened to end at the originally scheduled end time in order to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
   
• If scheduling allows, every effort will be made to provide the full allotted session time, however full service time cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.
